How it works:

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that involves gently exfoliating the skin using a sterile, surgical blade. This technique removes dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the surface of the skin.

Blade Application: A sterile, surgical blade is gently glided across the skin at a 45-degree angle. This removes the top layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair.

Post-Treatment Care: The skin is typically soothed with a calming mask or moisturiser.

Benefits:

Smoother Skin Texture: Removes dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion.

Reduced Appearance of Fine Lines: Can help to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Improved Product Absorption: Exfoliated skin better absorbs skincare products, enhancing their effectiveness.

Vellus Hair Removal: Removes peach fuzz, resulting in a smoother appearance.

It can be performed as a standalone treatment or in combination with other procedures, such as facials or chemical peels.
